Wynberg U15 Water Polo Champs in East London

WBHS U15 Water Polo

Wynberg U15A water polo took part in two tournaments over the last part of the third term and during the school holidays.

The team played in the Wynberg Boys’ High School U15 Ian Melliar Cup where they ended 3rd out of twenty teams, ranked the highest of the Western Province teams.

They then went on tour and took part in the Selborne U/15 Sterrenberg Challenge. Wynberg ended up winning this tournament and in so doing is the first government school from the Western Province to have done so.

The WBHS U/15B team ended 2nd to Grey High School on goal difference in the B division at this tournament in East London.
